Fireflies Consulting was created to solve a simple problem: too many students are sold visas, too few are guided into real careers. We specialise in vocational (VET) programs and skills-shortage careers in Australia – particularly in community services, aged care, childcare and construction.
Our Story
We saw Bangladeshi students and families invest their savings into overseas degrees without a clear understanding of the jobs those courses lead to, the demand for those roles, how AI and automation may affect them and what a realistic migration story looks like. Fireflies was built to be different: small, focused and honest.
